Patricia E. Wolber ms, pt

VP of Physical Therapy Services

Patsy is a licensed physical therapist with over 30 years of experience in many areas of therapeutic care. Patsy manages the physical therapy programs and staff, as well as the athletic training and front desk staff. Prior to establishing CPTE, she served as the supervisor of an outpatient PT center. Patsy received her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Russell Sage College and her Master’s in Education from Rivier College. She has served as a state physical therapy examiner and has adjunct faculty positions at Rivier College and New Hampshire Community College. Her clinical expertise includes neck and back care, sports rehab, pediatric and infant care, and neuromuscular therapy.

Frederick S. Daniels MS, MBA, HFD

VP of Marketing
Fitness Director

Fred is a certified health/fitness instructor and health/fitness director. Fred has a Masters in exercise science and an M.B.A. in Health Care Administration. In addition to managing the fitness programs, Fred also manages the marketing and business development, as well as the human resources and general facility management programs. Fred is past-president and active member of the Nashua West Rotary Club and a board member at St. Christopher School.

John W. Peterson pt, mtc, atc

Clinical Director of Physical Therapy Services
Director of Athletic Training

A graduate of Northeastern University, John has been a licensed physical therapist since 1984. He provides CPTE with clinical expertise in sports related injuries, orthopedic physical therapy, and spinal stabilization. John is additionally certified in manual therapy (MTC). This highly specialized certification includes training in soft tissue and mobilization techniques used for treatment of injuries to the spine and extremities. John is 1 of only 420 physical therapists nationwide to hold this certification, and one of 8 in New Hampshire. John is the head athletic trainer for the NH Jr. Monarchs Hockey Club. He has over 15 years of experience in fitting custom knee braces. John is also a certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). His expertise also includes graduate work in exercise physiology and maximizing athletic performance.

Dave Lawhorn dpt, cscs

Clinic Manager

Dave is a graduate of Franklin Pierce with a doctorate in physical therapy. He possesses strong manual skills and has extensive experience working with athletes. In addition, Dave is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Dave is a former professional world champion boxer and was a member of the US National boxing team.

Jennifer Plant dpt

Jennifer graduated with a Master’s in physical therapy from Northeastern University. She completed her Doctoral degree in physical therapy at Simmons College in Boston. She has been practicing out-patient orthopedic PT for over 7 years. She enjoys soccer, rock-climbing, and hiking, and working with sports-related injuries.

Todd Ratcliffe dpt

Clinic Manager

Todd received his physical therapy Doctorate from Simmons College. Todd attended Bishop Guertin High School and received his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology from Rivier College. Todd possesses a strong background in orthopedic conditions and sports related injuries. He specializes in vertigo and aquatic rehabilitation techniques.

Meaghan Bonin dpt

Meaghan attended UMASS Lowell (UML) where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She was a member of the UML RiverHawks women’s soccer and track & field teams. Meaghan spent three years working as an out-patient physical therapy aide while pursuing her graduate degree.

Carrie Forbus pta

Carrie graduated from Mount Wachussett Community College with an Associates of Science degree in the Physical Therapy Assistant program. She spent two and a half years in rehabilitation services before pursuing a career in physical therapy. Carrie plans to continue her education in the art of massage therapy.

Julie Archambault pta

Julie graduated from River Valley Community College with her Associates of Science degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. She has also taken courses in personal training, pediatric physical therapy, deep tissue and Swedish massage.

Exercise Specialists


Karen Scott ms, ahfs, mt, cct

Fitness Manager

Karen’s extensive experience in exercise science and cardiovascular medicine make for a perfect fit as CPTE’s Fitness Manager. In addition, Karen is working on her Ph.D. in nutritional sciences and provides valuable nutrition expertise to CPTE’s wellness programs. As an Advanced Health & Fitness Specialist (AHFS) and licensed massage therapist (MT) Karen has developed numerous fitness programs in the areas of weight management, cardiac care, balance & stability, pre & post natal, and sports conditioning.

Sheri Weiner hfi

Sheri joined the CPTE exercise staff in 1993 after completing her degree in exercise science from UMASS Lowell. She has extensive experience as a personal trainer and group exercise specialist. Sheri has designed many of CPTE’s medical fitness protocols including our blood pressure program, pre-natal exercise, arthritis/fibromyalgia pool & land program, and osteoporosis program.

Athletic Trainers


David Duncan atc

Head Athletic Trainer – Merrimack High School – Merrimack, NH

David is a graduate of Keene State University majoring in Physical Education and Sports Medicine. He manages the athletic training program at Merrimack High School as well as working in our Merrimack clinic. David also coordinates the sports conditioning for the athletes. David has extensive working in the rehab setting, as well as, caring for athletes at all levels of play including collegiate and professional sports.

Rachel Shatney atc

Head Athletic Trainer – Souhegan High School – Amherst, NH

Rachel manages the athletic training program at Souhegan High School as well as working in our Manchester clinic. Rachel graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Athletic Training. She has extensive experience working in rehab clinics, as well as, with many athletic populations.

Valerie Bucher atc

Head Athletic Trainer – Alvirne High School – Hudson, NH

Valerie manages the athletic training program at Alvirne High School as well as working in our Hudson clinic. Valerie graduated from Southern Maine University with a degree in Physical Education/Athletic Training. She has extensive experience working in rehab clinics, as well as, with many athletic populations. In her spare time, Valerie plays semi-pro women’s football with the Manchester Freedom Football Club.

Practice Representative


Amy Elass

Amy has been with CPTE for over 11 years as a receptionist and Office Manager. Her extensive knowledge of the therapy business and open and caring personality makes her the perfect fit for the role of Patient Advocate and Practice Representative. Amy takes the time to meet each patient and help them with any questions or issues. Her goal is to make the patient’s experience positive and stress-free.

Billing Manager


Susan McCann

Susan has been CPTE’s Billing Manager for 19 years. She has extensive knowledge of insurance billing, EOBs, co-pays & co-insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid insurance. Susan understands the challenges of paying for medical care and is more than happy to work with you on easy and comfortable payment options.
