CPTE has combined its exercise expertise with the Transitions® Lifestyle Weight Loss Program to create a very successful weight loss and healthy lifestyle program. With this program, each client receives:
- Nutrition and diet education
- Fitness assessment
- Individualized exercise program designed to work with the Transitions program
- Fitness training in small supervised classes
- Follow-up fitness and nutrition programs so you can remain healthy and keep the weight off.
- Our goal is to help you get the weight off safely and healthy, then we give you the tools to keep the weight off and stay healthy and fit.
