CPTE has combined its exercise expertise with the Transitions® Lifestyle Weight Loss Program to create a very successful weight loss and healthy lifestyle program. With this program, each client receives:

  • Nutrition and diet education
  • Fitness assessment
  • Individualized exercise program designed to work with the Transitions program
  • Fitness training in small supervised classes
  • Follow-up fitness and nutrition programs so you can remain healthy and keep the weight off.
